The Worksite Safety Induction (WSI) assessment


The Worksite Safety Induction (WSI) assessment consists of 20 random questions, the learner will have 40 minutes to complete the WSI assessment.

It is a closed book on-line assessment, and you must score 80% or higher to pass.

Upon successful completion of the Worksite Safety Induction (WSI) assessment, with pass score of 80% or higher.

The competence of ICI-LU is awarded on your sentinel profile (WSI is Valid for 60 months).

You are only be given one (1) attempt to achieve the required score of 80% or higher, during the Worksite Safety Induction (WSI) Assessment

Should you NOT achieve the required score of 80% or higher, during the Worksite Safety Induction (WSI) Assessment.

The competence of ICI-LU is NOT awarded on your sentinel profile (WSI)

You cannot retake the Worksite Safety Induction (WSI) Assessment for a period 72-hour period (3 Days) and you will have re-book at a later date.
